Embassy Sticker Visa
Applying directly to the embassy will be the last resort for those countries who are not eligible for entry with the eVisa and will be a tough way of getting a visa, so let's break what the requirements for you to be able to process the visa sticker application on the respective Egypt Embassy. There are a few embassy locations that can be found in each country, but in my case, I took my Egyptian Visa Sticker from the Bangkok Egypt Embassy which can be found at

, you will think how am I able to get it in Bangkok? So let's list the visa you must have some valid document that you're legal to stay in Thailand:
- Working Visa in Thailand
- Residency Card
- Spouse Visa
- Egypt Nationals
- Holding: US, European, Canada, Japan, etc.
Steps:
- For those applicants who do not hold the special visa mentioned above, you have to wait for almost 6 weeks to sit your application and they will review it if you're qualified to get a sticker visa, don't worry they won't take your passport for this step.
- after 6 weeks of waiting you have to go back to the Embassy and surrender your passport for stamping and the payment, and you have to wait for 1 week.
Paper Requirements:
- A valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining.
- Two passport-sized photos with a white background.
- A completed visa application form (available at the embassy/consulate).
- Proof of accommodation (hotel booking, invitation letter, etc.).
- Proof of sufficient funds for your stay.
- A round-trip flight itinerary, It's recommended to buy a dummy ticket or free cancellation to avoid loses
- Visa fee (varies depending on your nationality and visa type).
- A special Letter is also not a main requirement but If you can deeply explain the purpose of travel is for better success to get approval.
- Full Itinerary is not a requirement but it will be much better if you have it to support the application

That's all the requirements you'll need to succeed before going to the embassy of Egypt, please take note that the Egyptian embassy in Bangkok only opens twice a week (Monday and Thursday) so plan your application well to avoid conflicts with your trip schedule. It is recommended to apply for the Embassy Sticker Visa 2 months before the flight.
